One Punch Man Season 3 has revealed a new character visual, this time featuring Fubuki “Hellish Blizzard,” Tatsumaki’s younger sister and the leader of the Blizzard Group. Previously, Saitama, King and Genos received their character visuals. The new visual for One Punch Man’s new anime was drawn by the character designer Ryosuke Shirakawa, and you can check it out below.
Studio J.C. Staff will be animating the sequel, and the staff revealed so far includes Tomohiro Suzuki (Series Composition), Chikashi Kubota, Shinjiro Kuroda, Ryosuke Shirakawa (Character Design) and Makoto Miyazaki (Music). You can also watch the first preview trailer below.
One Punch Man was created by ONE and was originally published as a webcomic in 2009. A digital manga remake with illustrations by Yusuke Murata began publication on Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump website in June 2012. Viz Media licensed the remake manga in the English language and is serializing it in Weekly Shonen Jump.
The first anime adaptation was produced by studio Madhouse and aired from October to December 2015. Studio J.C. Staff then took over for season 2, and it aired from April to July 2019. The 3rd season was announced in August last year. Crunchyroll streams the anime in Europe, and they describe the story:
Saitama started out being a hero just for fun. After three years of “special” training, he became so powerful that he can defeat opponents with a single punch. Now, alongside Genos, his faithful cyborg disciple, Saitama is ready to begin his official duties as a professional hero working with the Hero Association. However, the frequency of monster appearances is surging and it increasingly appears as if the Great Seer Madame Shibabawa’s prediction about the Earth’s doom is coming true. In the midst of this crisis, the “hero hunter” Garou makes his own appearance.
